2024 has been an exciting year for ElectionBuddy, especially with our participation in Homeowner Association events both locally and nationally. This year’s events were standouts, providing us with invaluable opportunities to reconnect with existing customers, engage with new prospects, and showcase our evolving solutions. From insightful conversations to exciting new partnerships, we’ve been thrilled to hear firsthand how we can continue to meet the evolving needs of the industry and help organizations streamline their voting systems with integrity and ease.

Local events are always a favorite, and this year’s CCI North was particularly special. It had been a few years since we last attended CCI North, and with ElectionBuddy’s growth, it felt like the right time to reconnect. This show brought together vendors and attendees focused on improving the condo living experience and governance. It was inspiring to hear from both current customers and new prospects about their unique needs for voting. Despite Edmonton hosting smaller communities, many were excited to learn that ElectionBuddy could offer them a cost-effective solution without compromising on security and integrity.
Highlight of the show: ElectionBuddy’s President and Co-Founder, Dave Bodnarchuk was able to present on the importance of using high integrity systems like ElectionBuddy for voting needs of this industry. Whether absentee ballots or within a meeting, ElectionBuddy was keen to share insights when shifting away from the traditional paper ballot process.
CAI Arizona’s chapter trade show was a delight for us to attend, and also only a 10 minute drive. ElectionBuddy’s president and co-founder attended the show solo, and was elated to be busy the entire time with folks interested in information and learning more about ElectionBuddy. Being able to interact, even briefly, with prospective customers and current customers was fantastic.
Highlight of the show: The non-stop flow of people interested in ElectionBuddy’s 3 easy steps for setup was exciting, and busy Community Managers loved how our Services team can make things a breeze when it comes to their election needs!
CAI is one of the key events ElectionBuddy attends annually, and this year was just as excellent as prior years. Having attended CAI since 2022, the ElectionBuddy team is always thrilled with the opportunity to meet with attendees and vendors. Being able to share our ever evolving product with HOA management companies, community managers, and even board members allows us to hear directly from the source on what they’re loving, needing, and dreaming of having to simplify their voting needs.
Highlight of the show: Attendees were elated to learn about our recent feature release that simplifies the collection of candidate nominations. We were eager to share and happy to hear the excitement others felt around our recent partnership with Vantaca, too!
As we reflect on our experiences at CCI North, CAI Arizona, and CAI National, we are grateful for the chance to connect with so many incredible professionals across the condo and HOA industries. Each event provided us with valuable feedback, exciting new partnerships, and fresh perspectives on how ElectionBuddy can continue to meet the evolving needs of these communities. We’re excited to build on these conversations and innovations in the year ahead.
