The features used and voter list size determines price. For example, if you are running an ElectionVote and have 150 voters, but need Voting Groups, the cost is $99 and for a MeetingVote the cost would be $397. The number of ballot questions or voting duration doesn't impact pricing; elect your board and approve a budget in one election, not two. And voting can run for a day, month, or up to a year.

If your payment is more than $5,000, we accept POs and payment by ACH or Wire Transfer. Otherwise, payments are made online with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) via our secure payment processor, Stripe. This keeps our costs low, and we pass the savings to you!

Yes! We have discounts based on your size if you run 4 or more elections in a year. We also have big discounts for K-12 student elections.

No, the price for an election includes all the positions and questions on a ballot. For meeting votes, the price includes a number of motions for one meeting. if you run a multi-day meeting or 4+ meetings annually contact us

Elections have one or more questions per ballot, voters vote at their convenience, and results for all the ballot questions are presented together. Meeting votes are used in a meeting to vote on motions or agenda items and results are presented separately after each vote. The meeting vote price includes multiple motions per meeting, contact us

ElectionBuddy pricing is based on the number of voters who are eligible to vote (i.e. your total membership list) as we send notices and track bounce-backs for your full list. For meetings, if you have a large difference between the number of members invited and the likely attendees, contact us
