Multiple Email Addresses

Commonly in unions, a single voter may have multiple pieces of contact information. For example, it is likely that they have a work email address as well as a personal email address. To help support this structure, ElectionBuddy now allows you to associate multiple email addresses with a single ballot ID.

That means you can:

• Send voting notifications to multiple pieces of contact information tied to the same voter or membership
• Even if multiple emails receive the voting link, only one vote can be cast, which maintains the integrity of the voting
• Once a vote is submitted, all listed email addresses are notified, helping make sure everything is in sync.
