Feature Focus: Sending Notices to Multiple Email Addresses

October 29, 2025

We’ve got some great news to share with our voter list aficionados, ElectionBuddy just rolled out a powerful new feature! You can now add multiple email addresses for each voter in your list.

We understand that Homeowner Associations have joint property owners, and many organizations have multiple email contacts for a single voter. For voting, all eligible voters need to have access to important notifications, but only one vote is cast per voter.

With multiple emails, you can now send notices to multiple email contacts on one account.

What does this mean for you?

  • You can now send notices to multiple email addresses for a single voter. This is perfect for joint property owners or situations where multiple contacts are linked to one account.
  • If a notification is sent to more than one email address, after voting, the “Confirmation” page will note that multiple email addresses were issued notice.

We’re always working to make the voting experience more seamless and efficient, and we hope this update enhances your workflow.
