Quorum and Winners

Professional associations have bylaws around quorum and vote thresholds to ensure decisions are legitimate and representative of their membership. ElectionBuddy now lets you embed quorum requirements and voting thresholds directly into your ballot setup and results. And requirements are automatically tracked in real time, which helps you by ensuring:

Association Management Software (AMS) Integrations

Managing accurate member data is critical for professional associations. ElectionBuddy now integrates with the tools you're already using to manage your member lists, including:

• AMS platforms: Growthzone, Nimble, and other AMS platforms
• Backoffice tools: Excel, Google Sheets, and contact management systems
• Middleware and integration tools: Zapier, Webhooks, and APIs

This allows you to pull voter lists quickly, with no CSV files or manual data entry required, though these are still supported. Integrations, especially for large voter lists, are a faster, more reliable way to ensure that only eligible members vote, and that the voting experience is seamless for everyone eligible to vote.

Zoom Integration

For professional associations that hold annual general meetings, board meetings, or committee votes via Zoom, our new Zoom integration enhances both engagement and governance.

With the ElectionBuddy Zoom App:

• Members stay in the Zoom meeting — no switching tabs or leaving the platform
• A voting window appears in Zoom when a vote starts, and closes when it ends
• Administrators can:
  • Prompt participants to open the ElectionBuddy-Zoom voting window
  • Control when the vote starts and ends
  • Keep attention focused on the meeting when voting is complete

This makes real-time, in-meeting voting more accessible, secure, and distraction-free.
