Feature Focus: Adding a PDF to Candidate Profiles

We're thrilled to announce improvements to candidate profiles! Administrators can now upload PDFs directly to the ballot, allowing candidates who have crafted detailed profiles to share their information with voters seamlessly.

How Do Voters Access the PDF?

On the ballot voters can easily access the PDF for each candidate by selecting the “View PDF” option. This allows the voters who use their mobile devices to access and see the candidate's information in a simple manner.

When voters click “View PDF,” the document will open in a new tab, making it easy for them to review the details before returning to the ballot to cast their vote.
